Ammonite Fossil in Handmade Cuff Bracelet

Amazing, detailed ammonite fossil set within a handmade silver plated cuff bangle.

Valued by collectors, ammonites are the fossilised remains of extinct marine molluscs.

This great example has clearly defined spiral lines, septa walls and chambers.  Two of the chambers have tiny crystal lined cavities called druzy pockets that can add a little bit of sparkle.

Ammonite fossils can support the body in various ways, in particular by combating fatigue and reducing inflammation / pain.  They can also thought to promote inner strength and harmony along with transformation and personal growth.

The cuff weight is around 51 grams and the length of the ammonite fossil is about 5.5cms.  The inside circumference is approximately 19cms (7.5 inches) end to end with a 3cm gap (which goes over the narrowest part of the wrist).  The cuff is easily adjustable by a few centimetres in order to adjust to smaller or larger wrist sizes.
